Counselling during curriculum time is strictly by appointment only and with the subject teacher’s approval.
Make an appointment with your School Counsellor:
by walking in during recess or after school
through your teachers or Year Heads
Talk to your School Counsellor when you:
are anxious about something
need to address some feelings that are bothering you
encounter challenging situations/relationships
or someone you know is abused physically / sexually / emotionally

Help you explore your feelings
